1. Introduction
We at Otomazone take pride in the quality of our products and services. However, we understand that there may be instances when there may be some issues or you might need to return a product. In such cases, we follow the following policy.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. However, some products may have different policies or requirements associated with them. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
3. Non-returnable Items
Items marked as non-returnable on the product detail page cannot be returned.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product. Do not dispose of the item before contacting us.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@otomazone.com.
7. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Otomazone may at any time, without notice to you and in its sole discretion, amend this policy from time to time.
